Now in its tenth year, the prestigious Scottish Transport Awards 2012 brings together the transport community to recognise and celebrate industry achievements across Scotland.
This year's ceremony will be held at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow on 14th June 2012. Hosted by Grant Stott, radio and television presenter, the Awards provide an excellent opportunity to showcase new initiatives whilst providing an environment which brings Scotland’s transport community closer together.
Supported by the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland, the Awards are about recognising and rewarding real improvements to local transport in Scotland.
We are now accepting entries, the deadline has been extended to 3 February 2012
The 2012 Scottish Transport Awards will take place at the Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow on 14 June 2012.
This year the charity will be Barnardo's. A UK charity which transforms the lives of vulnerable children across the UK through projects, campaigning and research expertise. Barnardo's believes in children regardless of their circumstances, gender, race, disability or behaviour.
Last years charity was The National Autistic Society, the leading national charity for people with autism – providing information, support and pioneering services that can be trusted, relied upon and significantly improves lives. We helped to raise £2,291.42
