Terms and Conditions

Cancellations confirmed in writing up to 14 days before the event will be refunded minus an administration charge of 10%. Substitutions will be accepted if notified prior to the event. Bookings made less than 14 days before the event are non refundable. A processing fee of 4.55% will be added to payments made by credit card.

The views expressed by speakers are representative of their own opinions and cannot in any way be attributed to Transport Times Events. Transport Times takes no responsibility for the actions of delegates which are based on such views and opinions. In the event of speakers being unable to attend, or any other circumstances beyond our control which necessitate change, Transport Times reserves the right to alter or amend the conference programme or any other particulars as appropriate.

The personal information you provide when completing a booking form, and any other information provided in connection with a booking will be used and controlled by Transport Times to process your details and for any future marketing. We will keep the information you have supplied confidential and will not disclose it to any third parties unless we are required to do so by law or you have given your consent.
